All-Star Boyle

Boston native Brian Boyle, N.J. Devils forward, is heading to the NHL All-Star game just months after being diagnosed with Cancer. Diagnosed in September with chronic myeloid leukemia, Boyle started undergoing treatment in preseason.
His teammate Taylor Hall came up injured for the game and the 33 year-old veteran Boyle will proudly replace him and make his All-Star game debut after returning to the ice in November.

The festivities will take place in Tampa, a nice homecoming for Boyle who played for the Lightning from 2014-17.
