The second half of the MLB season is starting and there is only one game on the slate tonight. Cards at Cubs. Cards just fired their Manager and they are embarrassed and pissed. “Guys, we just got our manager fired, we suck, we better get after it and show the new guy we are not a bunch of losers!” Also, Carlos Martinez is pitching and rumor has it, he’ll be pitching for the Yankees later this month. This guy can’t wait to get the hell out of St. Louis and play for the most successful franchise in sports history. This is Carlos’ audition, the scouts have just flown in!

Also, this morning, I saw a beautiful Cardinal on a tree limb just outside my patio! Can’t beat that, it’s a sign for sure!!!
