Stop crying you fat bastards!

Stop crying you fat bastards!

The Super Bowl has been set and decided for 48 hours but that hasn’t stopped the wailing from the fat, crying baby fans, media and coaches of the Chiefs and Saints. You would think somebody ate their doughnut or took away their bag of cheese doodles with the way they are carrying on! In my lifetime I thought I had seen and heard it all, but we are reaching levels even Bozo the Clown himself never imagined. Maybe it’s time for Roger Goodell to stage an intervention before somebody hurts themselves. The owner of the Saints is demanding that rules be changed this off season and Andy Reid of the Chiefs is upset the refs didn’t “warn his player he was off sides”? What in the name of Vince Lombardi is going on here!?

The Saints clearly had a missed call on FIRST DOWN late in the game. Notice how I used CAPs for FIRST DOWN? They were already in field goal range and could have milked the clock but threw on FIRST DOWN allowing the Rams to get the ball back and tie the game up. Now, I may not be Vince Lombardi, but if you are trying to get a young team to use all their timeouts while you milk the clock down as far as possible, I would think a run on the first three downs would make sense, especially when you are already in field goal range. Sean Peyton is screaming and yelling like a child who dropped his ice cream cone instead of looking in the mirror. More importantly, the Saints owner and fans conveniently forget the fact that the Rams’ Jared Goff was CLEARLY face-masked at the 5 yard line on a play that should have been an automatic 1st down. Instead, there was no call and they had to take the field goal. Amazing how that play does not bring outrage to the masses or to the owners. The idea that one single play is the only thing affecting the outcome of a game is asinine. The Saints receiver was clearly interfered with, just like replays showed the obvious face mask on Goff, yet we are only talking about one play today. The calls by the media to institute replay reviews for penalties might be the dumbest idea I have heard since Coca Cola decided to make a “new formula”.

You can always tell when an idea is dumb when ESPN and some of their talking bobble heads refer to the Canadian Football League for guidance. No offense to our friends up north, but I generally don’t take advice from a league that nobody watches and made Doug Flutie and Johnny Manziel stars. Eh? Games in the NFL are already excruciatingly long and allowing coaches to throw a flag and challenge pass interference means on average games will start at 1:00 pm and end around 7:00 pm because our Canucks from the north think this is a good idea. Spare me the moose ribs, eh?

Andy Reid is the other big fat cry baby and is upset because once again he has proven that he can win a division and 11 games but you are lucky if you win one playoff game with him at the helm. He complained that on what would be the game ending interception by the chiefs that the referees should have “warned Dee Ford he was off sides”… Uhmm, I’m starting to respect the Canadian argument a lot more right now. Eh? Since Andy Reid has only been an NFL coach for 20 years, I think it’s important that I educate him on FOOTBALL (once again Caps for emphasis). The referee’s job is to make calls, not to warn players and make sure your player is onside, not holding or doing human growth hormones in the off season. More importantly, why did the coaching staff of the Chiefs sit around like fools instead of yelling to their player to back up or even calling a time out? When this Bozo played football at the great institution known as Our Lady of Lourdes in the early 1980’s we had a coaching staff that was largely unpaid but far more competent than Andy Reid and his multimillion dollar staff. Many a time this Bozo would split out wide and would look to the sideline and be motioned to step back. Many times on defense a timeout was called and the coaches would see that we were offsides or in the wrong formation. High school coaches working for a stipend and a bus ride see this, but guys making millions are relying on the referees to tell them they are offsides?

These fat crying bastards are an embarrassment to the game and to the NFL. Goodell should tell them all to pipe down, be quiet and knock it off. If that doesn’t work he should fine, suspend or give Andy Reid the Ray Rice elevator treatment. I’m just so embarrassed for Reid and Peyton because they are the latest LOSERS in this generation who cannot accept fault and instead deflect from their own deficiencies. Man up Sean, last year your DB got beat deep on a Hail Mary against the Vikings and this year, you DOMINATED the Rams for the 1st half and then went soft and allowed them back in the game. Deal with your flaws and stop crying.

As for Andy Reid, he once again showed why he is the best regular season coach and worst post season coach. Strop your crying and look in the mirror not at the referees. Maybe if you stopped eating 20 lbs of moose ribs a week you could actually run up the sidelines and yell at your player that he is off sides? Eh?
