Chiefs Exciting Comeback 31-20 Win Seals KC ‘s First Super Bowl Win Since 1970

Down 21-10 with less than 9 minutes to go in Super Bowl LIV in Miami, Patrick Mahomes faced a monumental 3rd and 15 from his own 35. Scrambling out of the pocket and flailing a prayer, Tyreek Hill gained separation and hauled in a 44 yard receptions to keep the drive and the Chiefs’ hopes alive. The 49ers defense embarrassingly celebrated early and failed to close the deal, letting up TD drives of 65, 83 and 44 yards. SF QB Jimmy G. stumbled to 3-11 in the 4th quarter and the Niners gained only 59 yards in the final quarter while trying to sit on the lead against Mahomes, who would not let his team give up.
Three TDs later a shocked Kyle Shanahan watched his Coaching counterpart Andy Reid secure his enshrinement to the Pro Football Hall of Fame as Reid and KC capped off a memorable season and playoff run to earn his first Super Bowl win to define his career. KC rallied and came back to win in all three post-season contests, including an unimaginable rebound against Houston after trailing 24-0.
Mahomes was named MVP and confirmed his rise to stardom and is a realistic threat in the upcoming years to contend for the title. This game was a perfect example of a team not playing till the end, showing off and celebrating too early. The undisciplined Niners end-zone celebrations and sideline dances were in direct contrast to the ‘backs against the wall” motivation and “never give up” attitude displayed by the Chiefs.
The Bozos hit a few of their prop bets, a future wager at 7-1 on KC to win it all, and players Moshert, Kelce and D.Williams all to score.
